Removing Accelerator Pedal - 93 electric
How do you remove the accelerator pedal. I have removed the locking screw/washer; the manual says to then remove the shaft and lift pedal through floor. However the shaft does not budge, is it just a case of hitting it with a punch?
Thanks, Andrew |

Re: Removing Accelerator Pedal - 93 electric
I figured as much. Some penetrating oil and a couple of whacks with a hammer punch and out it came. Now to get the snapped, rounded off ball joint bolt out from the bottom of the pedal :)
Thanks for your help ScottyB |

Re: Removing Accelerator Pedal - 93 electric
I am having the same issue with my 03 CC. I am about two attempts short of using a cut off wheel.
