Default ATM or ATC Fuses

I purchased a ATM in line fuse today for a quick and easy way to fuse my front and rear lights.

Will ATM work or should it be ATC? I am not sure of the difference besides one is smaller in size.

Only difference I know is size. Either should work. Smaller one may be harder to find in a pinch but will work.

here is a link describing the different fuses
automotive blade fuses

funky automotive box fuse

AGC type fuse (1/4" barrel, etc)
http://www.cooperindustries.com/cont...dimension.html

ANN/ANL main circuit fuse that we use
http://www.cooperindustries.com/cont.../limiters.html

That should cover most of the type of fuses that are used on our golf carts. :)

For me it depends how good your eyesight is. Sometimes it can be very hard to see the smaller fuses and be able to tell if they are blown or not.

Use the Bussmann easyID type. They light up when blown.

If it is a factory cart with no lights it probably doesn't have fuses.

If an individual put a light kit on it, it may not have a fuse, if it does it's probably first in line right past the battery, or voltage reducer to the lights.

There may or may not be a fuse on the positive battery wire going to the controller.

Depends on year and model. Mine are under the controller area cover.
