It could be........What does the voltmeter tell you? What is the total pack voltage?

anybody out there? wondering if i am putting these posts in the right spot. I am at a stand still after checking the volts. I took off and cleaned all the posts and cables and nuts to the batteries.where can i look for other things to check?
