2010 emerge mystery
Hi All,
I have a 2010 emerge, the problem is that I have dash lights but I have no status light on the controller and no buzzer and the solenoid does not engage. The solenoid is new and tested to be good. The handbrake switch appears to be working. When power is reset to the cart the solenoid will click on and immediately off while pushing the pedal down and then we'll click on and immediately off as you release the pedal, and it sounds to be not a full contact.... It's light if that makes sense. I have 50 volts in the batteries. I have checked the several fuses in the box and the inline fuse just under the box and the two pull-out fuses next to the solenoid and they are all good. As you can see from the picture attached I have used the Curtis controller troubleshooting guide and everything checks out until I reach the point of testing the j1-19 PIN. The guide says that when in reverse that pin should read less than one volt and the alarm should sound. When in reverse I get pack voltage and no alarm. Thoughts? |
