What a nice man! Here it is Memorial Day and he has me all set up! Going to send the whole refurbished differential, axles, and install the brakes coming from Amazon as they were unavailable from Club Car. About an hour and 15 minutes, I am impresed.

Added bonus, I could get the factory gears or low speed/high torque 14:8:1 which I chose. We have gravel roads with chatter bumps so it's no fun going fast but we are always pulling utility trailers around and going off road so this made sense to me. I'm having the brake parts he couldn't get sent directly to him (Amazon) and he offered to install everything before shipping.
