Default club car wont charge

hello, i have a 98 club car ds, when i plug it in to charge, i hear the relay kick in on the charger and the charger makes a very faint humming sound. the meter on the charger dose not move at all and the cart will not charge. the cart will run good, just got it back from the shop. would not run or charge, got it back still wont charge, thanks for the help

I would sure take it back to the shop that allegedly fixed it. Otherwise someone may offer to help you with it here.

done checked all the batterys and clean them, they are with in 7.7 and 8 volts, clea

Check the pack reading and then all the individual readings. List it all here and we can start......

the pack reading is 48 volts and the batterys are never above or below 7.7 and 8 volts

Did this problem start suddenly? 48v is low but, high enough for the charger to be able to see the pack and come on. Can you test your charger on another 48v CC? If it works we can rule out a charger problem. If it works I am leaning towards an OBC problem?
