Looks like a home made lift using 2 1/2 or 3" pipe. Commonly refered to ask a "block" lift. Not the best kind of lift.

Looks like the shock extension on the left is hitting the tie rod. Not the best lift at all.

When I first looked I thought it was a

Buggies Unlimited Economy Lift Kit

, the block type lift. Looks like somethin that will get you hurt. That piece of pipe is not welded to anything. It is not very safe.

thanks for the feed back guys. the cart was "free" and just needed a clutch and fuel pump. CUZ thanks for posting the picture I am not sure how you did it.I have been trying post in the test sect.anyways theres more wrong with the cart!!!!! I have some more ?????? later. thanks again
