Default honda gx620 oil level circuit

hello, i put this engine into a 99 club car.
the way i wired it so the current goes from the black blue wire, threw the oil level light, then to the ground.
the engine is grounded seprately with a ground strap.
it lights up when the engine is running but i put a mechanical oil pressure guage and it reads above 30 like it should.

i want to wire it so that if oil pressure fails, it will shut the engine off completely.

also it seems that when i shut the engine off, with the key, instead of killing the engine, it cuts the coil off then runs out of power, the reason i say this is it takes maybe 2 seconds to shut off.

thanks josh
