Woods rider... I have a similar issue and need help... the sender ohms out from 105 to 270 approx. and I can get the gauge to read full or empty depending on how I hook think up... the back of gauge has three terminals
s I hook to sending unit coming from the center of unit to S on gauge
the I for ingnition i hook up to 12 volts
g= ground
the other wire from the sender i hook to ground...
i can change the configurations and get different reading but all full or all empty... even when i move the lever float by hand...

thanks man,
its been a while for me also... I am rebuilding club car gas....any ideas about the gas gauge issues??? Also, it would be helpful to know how to hook up the throttle cable etc to a clone engine.... I am getting close to running this down the road just need to wind up the loose ends...

I have a 2021 EZGO my fuel gauge is telling me that I have 3/4 full but when you look at the tank it below 1/2 full. Anyone have any know how to fix it? New gauge !
