2012 ezgo robin eh352c flooding when hot
I have a 2012 ezgo st sport 2+2, 160lbs compression on both cylinders, new spark plugs, valves set at 0.004, throttle pedal has about 1” of play before pulling cable, butterfly is closing completely, can hear the audible click before the throttle flap opens. Starts instantly when cold with no choke, runs prefect, governor turned up to about 19mph. For some reason if you run it around and get it nice and warm and then park it, it will start fine and fast if you restart it, however if you let it sit for about 5-10 minutes and then try and start it, it’ll stumble and burble and blow a cloud of black smoke for a little bit before it fires up, as if it’s flooded itself. It will start it just takes time. However it’s not pushing anything out the carb vents or anything. But if you let it sit for 20 min or so to where it’s cooled down some, it’ll fire right up again quickly. It’s only when it’s up to operating temp and sits for a little bit but not too long to where it cools down. Anyone have any ideas or anything I’m missing? Thanks in advance.
