The bushing should be fine. I normally only replace the ramp buttons. Good luck and let us know how you come out.

Got a bunch done on my cart today.
I rebuilt the driven clutch and that fixed my issues.
Did the krisdillon mod while I was at it.

Thanks for all the help.

My cart is doing better but still doesn't "downshift" on hills. My research is indicating either a weak spring in the driven clutch or problems with the primary clutch. Any ideas that might help me diagnose ?

The only things i can think of is, as you say, a weak spring in the driven, maybe not enough preload when reassembling, or one of the clutches is sticking on its shaft?

The driven seemed to be good when I reassembled. I did the mod with the factory spring. I also have a power spring I can try.

I don't think the power spring will help but you can try. What degrees did you clock it at ? and was it worn in the area you installed the ramp buttons ?
Is it worn where the belt runs ?
Are you using the stock belt ?
Did you do as I suggested on post #4 ?

I clocked the spring 1 set of ramps around.
The pulley looks good light wear in the sheaves but not bad.
The belt is new and I believe it's stock size.

Trig I did run it on stands. Everything seems to work as it should.

It looked fine around the buttons the buttons were worn. I replaced them with new.

I could be driving it wrong. I just hold it to WOT on hills and the engine bogs down. It pulls the hills just slow and low revs. If I let off and almost stop then go again it revs but fairly quickly upshifts to low rpms and slows down.
