Disconnect and test for continuity. Just like any old switch.

Looking at the drawing the only thing that does not add up is the wires going to the throttle switch...???? (potentiometer switch with micro) Looks like it is backwards. what I mean is bule wire shows to be going to the left screw but on my cart is is going to the right one..and the yellow is going to the left...Does anyone have a picture or drawing as to how this should be installed. Under the switch there is a trigger (I guess that’s what you call it). But there is nothing that hits it to engage it...
