I am not familiar with the fusion paint that Scotty speaks of but if it is made for plastic it probably has adhesion promoter mixed in with the paint .You will always want to use some sort of adhesion promoter on plastic as that softens the plastic for good adhesion .If you just scuff and spray it with a bomb can yes it will eventually come off .
