Default cart is hesitating

cart has quit many times, three new swithces and yesterday new batteries. hesitated twice this morning. once cart crawled barely moving, stopped, turned switches on and off, ran fine after that.

something is wrong and waiting to be let down is very frustrating.

what am i looking for and where do i look?

this is my first cart, ez go 1999

what are "tags"?

first thing i would do is check all wires even at controller. check all connecitons, make sure they are good and tight.

BTW welcome to the forum.

thanks for the reply

i took my cart to "The Golf Car Place" on Ironwood dr. in Apache Junction Arizona. They replaced "run-tow switch and key switch" $175.00 hour labor and 25 dollar trip charge (travel for part).

These guys were done in 2 hours. Highly recommed these guys.

I'm going to take "AA Custom Golf Carts" to court. They had the cart for three months and replaced "rocker switch andone selenoid and charged me $213.00.

I bought the cart from them on May 15th and it's finally running no thanks to them.

They are on 134 Dr. and Bell Rd Phx Az. Watch out for this guy!

He got my money and then tried to frustrate me into a new cart, of course he'd take the one he sold me in trade.
I'm not sure what this is called but i call it swindle.

Not one of the batteries checked out good, they were all fair on the hydrometer and border line bad.

Bad business in Peoria Arizona.

I bought the cart from his rep in Queen Creek only 60 miles from my home. Peoria is 140 miles away and i had to make two trips.

Sad to say "you just can't trust people".

Thanks again for trying to help me.

Leonard

put in a new run-tow switch and a key switch and the feels good for the first time. whether this solves the problem the next few days will tell.

thanks again
