The sparks only came when I was trying to hotwire the motor. Now I have a charger and the cart charges fine. I think that will show that it's not the OBC. Now it's either solenoids, controller, or motor. I turned the cart on and checked the voltage going to the controller. It doesn't look like very much is running through. That seems like it should be the problem. I think I am going to replace both solenoids and controller and see if that was the problem. Any suggestions before I do so? If the problem persist I guess I'll just have to upgrade to a high speed motor.

Please send me any suggestions for new parts.

OK....Figure the problem out...I think. Pulled the motor and the A2 connection was disconnected inside the motor. I tried to fix it but don't trust putting it back on the cart. I went ahead and purchased a new D&D high speed motor with new controller as well as lift and tires. I'll post some pics within the next two weeks. Hopefully everything works out. Should I upgrade the solenoids as well or purchase new stock ones?
