I do like downsouth's solution, just curious to see if he encounters any issues with the light kit being separated from the bucket harrness.

The only issue I would see is the extra wiring that would be needed. Other then that, it should work fine.

Of all the Precedent owners on here, no one has a factory installed voltage reducer? Would be interesting to see how the factory utilizes the 12 pin harness connector with their reducer. . . .

That is a good thought Steve. You would think there has to be a wiring diagram for this somewhere. Ohhh......David

I guess it makes no diff, but the factory converter is a 16 volt to 12 volt converter.
