Default 08 Precedent DOA

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2008 Club Car Precedent Electric. Key switch is working, power on both sides of Run/Tow Switch. Mcor is sending power during pedal press (2 pin plug). Checked the Motor Controller (Curtis 1510-5201) and Found that Pin 1 Has no power which is the wire that goes to the power side of the 3 pin plug on the Mcor. From my understanding, the three pin switch going to the Mcor is Power, signal and ground. The switch tests good as far as ipedence on the signal side of the switch and the ground is good to on the 3 pin plug (Mcor) as well. Is this a bad Motor Controller? Or is there something else for me to check?

blankjw,...You have done a lot of testing but you said nothing about the batteries and totla voltage. If you measure voltage from last battery ground to the key switch you should see the 48 volts on and off. Also you did not mention the forward/neural/reverse switch. Also, some place in the loop is a fuse. Does the charger work on the unit. To activate the controller I have found if I ever disconnect one battery in the loop and then reconnect it. I have to put the f/r switch in good position and then press the petal to get the controller to kick in. It actually takes abuout 5 seconds.

The voltage is good. Reading over 49 Volts. The Charger is working and the all fuse links are good. Also checked the resistor which is also good. Does the pin I spoke of (above) send power to the pedal?

Does anyone have a wiring schematic or troubleshoot guide I could download for the MCOR and OBC on this 2008 Precedent (Electric). Thank you

Thanks, but that's just a manual with parts listings. I need more of a service manual. Again, thanks for the help though.

Update: After reading a few posts, I performed the OBC reset procedure with no luck. The reverse buzzer doesn't make a sound. Did notice though, that the battery light will come on when I press on the accelerator. Only comes on for a couple seconds then goes back off and doesn't do it often. Mainly after disconnecting and reconnecting power. Any ideas?

Is the solenoid clicking when you hit your go peddle? If not have you tried jumping the large post on it? And for the heck of it have you tried plugging your charger in to see if it comes on?.............................

Charger works fine. And the solenoid is fine. I didn't jump across the larger posts, but I did test the solenoid with ground trigger. The controller isn't triggering the solenoid when I press the "go pedal". That's why is was wondering about the pin configuration on the controller. In my first post, I was asking about the controller sending power to the MCOR (go pedal). I don't see any power going to the MCOR. Thanks again.
