Owen, you're on the right track. The early 1995 48V cars were designed from your platform. They kept the same V-Glide 0-5K Potentiometer frequency but added a 48V battery pack, 48V solenoid, OBC, and 48V controller. The basic wiring is virtually identical between the two vehicles.

Ok here is some more info Curtis 1204-410 looks like 225??? when I picked you unit the old owner put in F and you could hear a click put in R and back up alarm worked but cart went know wear.... Last owner stated in would move in F&R but very slow! Thanks again for the help!!!

1st thing is get this cart running right now it has a stock controller in it but your going anywhere until you get good charged batteries in it and find out if it has problems......the problems you decribed sound like it had dead batteries so start there 1st...........................................

As I predicted, you've got the new stuff. 1204-410 is the more modern setup. Congratulations you'll have no trouble whatsoever finding parts to fix this thing up.

I'm with Shadowman. Let's get some voltage numbers first of all
