I wasn't sure if pedal switch and its was the same thing. Sorry to all I confused referring to my series cart. Anyone know if the its would cause the slow topspeed ? I don't have a bunch of spare time this time of year so im trying to go back with as much info as possible.

The ITS is the throttle position indicator. If the signal is incorrect it can cause poor performance.
