New controller and now solenoid won't activate

The wiring to the controller is as follows: black on 1, white on 2, orange on 3, red on 4. The numbering is on the controller, 1 being closest to b- post and 4 being closest to m- post.

No LED = No go.

Which of the two controller tops in the attached picture matches the top of your NPX controller.

Mine is the bottom one. Was wired like the top one, changed wires and problem is solved! Cart is a go and I'm off. Thanks so much to all for the help.

Ran fine for a month and ran fine this morning. Went to the garage to use it this afternoon and nothing. Solenoid is activating and altrax npx controller led flashes green four times when pedal is pressed. What happened ?

Led will stay solid after the blinks as pedal is moved

All that is as it should be ...... look for a bad connection in the high amperage cables. Or a bad signal from the ITS.
