Default 1995 txt

My cart when put in reverse goes forward . It also will go forward when its in forward . I know I seen this posted just cant find it .

Does your cart have a run/maintenance switch on the controller cover? If yes the controller has failed.

Yes it does have run main. What would make it fail when its just been setting .
And do I have to buy a new one .

Low battery charge..... from sitting.

These carts used a Curtis controller with a fatal flaw. They had no low voltage protection and their components would burn up when a voltage supply created a spike in motor amperage draw.

A replacement from Alltrax is available. Stay FAR away from the rebuilt units.

The batterys are good and hot just don't see how it could have happen just setting there .

will be going 48 volts if I have to replace it and will order the alltrax from you .

It can happen if somebody tries to move the cart when the batteries are low.

That's what I am saying the batterys are fully charged just did not think it could happen that way .

Controller damage is accumulative. One day they fail. Some just take longer than others but, they all fail eventually... the timeline depends on how we use them.
