Yes as long as it's the Kawasaki.... They used a Terrell and a Fuji prior to the Kawasaki in the early 1980s.... Those would fit, but the motor wouldn't mount up.

Yes, because they were electric rearends with the external transmissions bolted in the place of the electric motor
