2002 club car electric
how do I remove the motor ??? seem to me that the inside of motor is letting go as I pull on it !! it's not all coming as one !!! is this normal ???

This might help, pay particular attention to post #5. And yes, it is fairly normal for the armature to stick to the input shaft of the rear end and the case of the motor to come off. |

When you put it back together, you can't just shove the armature back into the case. The brushes at the end will have sprung out keeping that from happening, so youll have to take the end cap of the motor off and CAREFULLY take the terminals loose - they pull loose and break easily. You can then retract the brushes, set the armature into the bearing and press/gently tap it in. (interference fit). Then set the case of the motor down over that and put the studs back CAREFULLY and reattach the end cap with its bolts. Hope this helps.
