For sure... There's a bunch on the local market right now, but they are all fairly stock, and somewhat pricey. I can source the pieces for the top pretty easy..

Might be using up some more room in the shop tomorrow..

Is it worth doing an upgrade on a '91? Didn't seem smart (cost effective) on my '88..

Same cart drive system-wise.

That cart is really slicked up though. Has the newer body, newer cupholders, and the newer bumpers. Whoever took the time to build it really did a nice job.

It looks pretty good, I'll admit. He says he took it in trade for some body work 4 years ago and his kids drove it till the batteries took a dump.

I can get it for $500, as-is.

Don't fight the urge to buy carts, its a weird quirk of the addiction: fighting the urge automatically makes like 5 unrefusable deals pop up in your area. Just admit you are addicted and get out that wallet. Its the only way to soothe the addiction, because eventually you'll run out of space and money for carts.

Congrats!

I misspoke earlier when I said it is the same drive system as your 88. A late model 88 and the 91 share a drive system, however your cart is an early model 88. Club Car switched drive systems somewhere in that year. Both are resistor drive systems, but the difference is that where your 88 has 5 solenoids and 5 micro switches that control current through the resistors, the late model 88 and the 91 you're picking up have bank of resistors that the current is controlled through by a Vglide.
