How can the EZ Go charger be checked for accuracy?

First thing to do would be to plug the charger in, and allow it to complete a charge cycle. Then allow the batteries to rest for 12 hours, and measure the battery pack voltage. Please post more details of charger type and voltage of cart so we can get you the numbers you should be seeing after a charge cycle.

I have an EZ Go Textron total charge charger but it doesnt seem to fully charge before it cuts off. There are 2 prongs that plug into the cart. How can this be checked?

Ok, so i gather its a 36v cart. Charge, allow to rest 12hr, post pack voltage here after that. Im sure one of the nice folks around here will post a "state of charge" table soon. You will be able to tell just how "full" your batteries are getting charged with that info. When nearing the end of the charge cycle, while the charger is still on, you should find a total pack voltage of around 44.5v. Also, no need to start a new thread for every post, please continue your original thread to keep things from becoming too fragmented.
