Help with limit switches F/R switch
I'm upgrading a friends 1997 Club Car 48 volt DS. I'm putting a heavy duty F/R switch (CC82F)and need to know what limit switch to keep. There are three limit switches on the stock F/R switch, and the new heavy duty only has the bump to accuate one limit switch. Thanks!

Re: Help with limit switches F/R switch
Yes, that's correct Tag. Any CC with factory solid state speed control comes with 3 micro switches. CC92F has 3 micro switches. CC82F has only 1.
But it is possible to run the 97 with the CC82F. He will have to give up any reverse add-ons like the buzzer and the reduced speed. |

Re: Help with limit switches F/R switch
Thanks guys- my understanding is the CC82F is the best for high amp applications, it can handle more then the CC92F. So I need to eliminate the buzzer and reduced reverse speed, the buzzer should be pretty ready to trace back, but what about the other two, to determine which one is which? Thanks!

Quote:
The ms closest to the front of the cart has the 2 wires is the one you need to connect to the CC82F ms to make the cart run. These wires are white/blk and green/wht. From the ms with 3 terminals connect the green to the white. Keep all the other wires from touching each other with tape. |
