Question Battery condition indicator did not move after 12 hr charge

Hay there everyone! Just joined up and ready to start picking brains! I purchased a 2007 Club Car about a week ago. I believe it to be a villager 8 model. I drove around last night for a couple of hours to get a feel for it and see how long the batteries were going to last. Battery condition indicator LED dropped from the full mark 23 bars below full but still above the middle mark. I put it on the charger around 10 p.m. and came out around 11 a.m. to find the battery condition LED in the same position. I can hear the charger running when it's plugged into the wall, and I checked the levels on all the batteries. They appear to be fine. Do I have a problem? Or do I just need to charge longer? I figured that the indicator would at least have moved a little bit. I attempted to attach a picture of what the battery condition indicator is showing. I hope I did it correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

always leave it plugged in til the charger stops
up to 16hrs
led battery indicators are prone messing up
after full charge remove the pack negative and re attache it
i have had that reset the meter

If you plan on doing your own work you need a DVM(digital volt meter) Good Luck.
