Default 98 DS 48 Volt

I have been fixing up cart took for a test ride and motor shakes like crazy All connections are good and clean but have two weaker batteries could this be the cause ?

All bolts are tight on motor suspension etc. My son is so disappointed.

Any thoughts or ideas would be great. Thank you. Ken

Yes it could be if it is on initial take off or when you hit it hard.

If it is just a jerky throttle all the way around, it may be a problem with your v-glide/potentiometer out of adjustment or worn contacts inside causing misalignment.

IDK Green, are you sure it's the motor itself? Does it have normal power?

Not sure but ran ok first test ride and then has been sitting for a while. Going to check voltage on acceleration when time permits. I need to get this done so I can work on my new project. Picked up a 1969 Harley Gas cart. Hope all is well on your end getting ready for a few days vacation so taking a break for a week.

Check the bolts that hold the motor to the transaxle.
