Yes. I am thinking I will remove the bearing, drill 4 holes, weld nuts over the hole, reinstall bearing then add set screws.

So, how did it work out? Did you add the multiple set screws or end up using one of the other options?

With the weather cooling down we don't use the cart much. So I have a few months. I am going to do it in December or January. I think I am going to drill 2 or 3 holes in the axle tube. Weld on a nut and use set screws. I hope it works.
