Default 2003 txt slow foward

Had a 2003 txt 36v dropped off to me to look at. It has the rocker switch on front panel and tow switch also. I charged the battries full and they are strong. New this year it appears. The cart only goes like 1/4 speed fwd tho. In reverse it goes as it should. I have checked wiring and all seems good. Any suggestions? Thx

Is there anyway the fwd position can be run reverse? The tow run switch cover was unbolted. So im thinking something is wired wrong somewhere?

Swap the connections for either F1 & F2 or A1 & A2.

Sounds like one of the cable pairs has been reversed.
The white smaller cable is F1 and the black smaller cable is F2.
Check for labels on the A1/A2cables, there might be some.

F1 and F2 are push on connections, swap those to test your theory. A welded solenoid will put the cart into safety 'limp' mode

I'm gna check those wires in a bit. Can the solenoid be welded and still hear it click when pedal depressed?

F1 and f2 is wired properly and so is a1 and a2 as well. This type doesn't have a speed sensor on the motor does it? I see a wire coming out the end of the motor and was curious. The cart has set up for 2 days and pack voltage is 37.8 and all connections are snug. Any other suggestions by chance? Seems as if it runs great its just very slow in fwd and runs awesome in reverse.

I looked around on the site and my cart is saying welded solenoid. I checkee j1 P 1345689, j3 P 1234 j4 P 1/2 an get pack voltage at all when pedal depressed except at j1 pin 5 I get pack voltage when not depressed and 0 when pedal depressed. Make any sense?

Something is wired wrong.
J1 Pin-5 should be at pack voltage 100% of the time. It is wired to the battery side of the solenoid's large terminals.

Johnnie B I rechecked and I do have power at pin 5. I had another controller I knew is good and put it on and it changed nothing. Is there anyway the its will cause a cart to run slow then turn key off and on real quick and thens runs like a top until stopped and solenoid deactivates and slow in fwd again until switch turned off and on then runs great. Sounds like the switch is maybMaybe resetting something when switched off and on. Its crazy
