Default Need to replace brakes...help me out fellas

Had an odd sound coming from rear passenger, started my Sunday by taking off drums to inspect (having no idea whatsoever what I was looking for or at )

My driver side drum was locked, only passenger side spun at full throttle.

I want to replace both sides, but not sure where to start - any help is appreciated. What do I need? What is the full brake assembly called, having trouble finding the complete set on-line.

Would love to go disk, but not sure if worth the $$

thanks all!

Get the Ausco Mechanical Rear Disc Brakes and be happy. You may also need to replace the actual brake cables and casings if they are all corroded to heck.
