Default 2008 ezgo 2+2 swap info

Hello everyone thanks for reading and any info. I just picked the cart up. It has a blown 352 robin motor. Wanting to do a 420 swap. I'm not finding info for over 06 txt. Does anyone know how difficult this motor will be to put in? Or have some links to someone who did the swap? Thanks for any help! DJ

Welcome to BGW!

The 420 engine would be a Honda clone. Check out the Clone engine swap section, lots of
good info. >> http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/clone-engine-swaps/

You might want to call vegascarts to see if this is something that they can help with.

Ordered 2 420cc eBay cheap motors. Got valve spring kit, pulley, carb stuff from Vegas carts should be here today. Now I get to figure out how I'll make the motor bracket. I had a clutch already. Any tips on the motor bracket. My existing motor is bolted directly to the rear diff and the front bracket is bolted to the front of motor and then goes to 1 bolt that is rubber mounted Against the frame. Should I do a similar setup?
