Lester Series II with OBC bypass does not react

My Lester charger with OBC bypass is 4 months old. I connected it to the batteries today but it did not start charging the batteries. I only see the blue light for the DC connection. My Lester app on my phone does not identify a charger via bluetooth anymore.

Is there something I can do to get it working again?

I do not have Lester charger, but if you go to their site: https://lesterelectrical.com/products/#motive
select the model you have and their manuals have troubleshooting section. Maybe that will help?

Since your charger is only 4-months old, I assume it is still under warranty?

Make sure you have 48v present at the charge receptacle on the cart.
Then with the charger plugged in make sure 48v is getting to the charger under the cover for the cord connections.
If No to either, then you have a wire problem to fix first.

Thanks guys. The problem turned out to be a loose nut holding the charger cable to the battery. All working now😁
