Default 2010 Tomberlin Vanish stuck in 4WD

Took the Vanish out tonight for the first time since plowing snow with it ( I know, I know I need to get out more). It operated fine in March. But I noticed it was very loud which is not normal, it's usually very quiet. I though it was in 4WD and apparently it is and hitting the switch to put it back in 2WD had no effect, it appears to be stuck.

Any thoughts?
