burnt battery post???
i have a hd electric cart and i burnt a post off
????what makes that happen??? |

Welcome to BGW Fasthd!
Bad connection or a wrong connection. A bad connection will get hot and then you'll have a meltdown. You can drill and tap the lead to accept a stud. Use a 5/16-18 tap and 5/16-18 stud. Do not use a bolt, the lead is too soft for a bolt and the threads will strip very easily. |

thank you for the input,electric motors are new to me as i race nitro harleys,will keep you informed as to my progress on the golf cart
