Everything getting 38V but not moving
This is driving me nuts....everything has 38V running through it and to it but the motor will not run...bypass everything just using 12V and the motor runs fine...what the heck?? is it possible for everything to show fine but it not run??

oh sorry about that...im just so frustrated with this thing I'm literally about to push it into the pond and shoot it with my shotgun as it sinks..
its a melex 152 or 252 not sure about the year 36V |

Melex models 152, 252 with Curtis PMC electronic speed control or 152 and 252 with resistor speed control ?

electronic speed controller....i checked the voltage on the B+ and M- and it reads 38V with the pedal pressed...

check cables to motor and see if they have continuity .. it sounds like one is broken or burnt

I just checked the continuity of the cables from the FR switch to the motor...all good there

Did you ever remove the cables from the motor?

no i just tested them while still on....should i have removed them to test them?
