I removed cover, see no burnt wires, I was told about fire shooting out,I personally I have not plugged in yet, I was just wondering what I should check before plugging in?

It immediately starts blowing sparks everywhere, or when relay clicks on? If its blowing sparks everywhere, there has to be a source (which should leave a black trail somewhere). The least desireable (but effective) method is to briefly try it again with charger cover removed, and safety glasses in place, to see where the "magic smoke" is leaking from.
