120 discharge minutes @ 75A sounds like a Deka (East Penn) GC15, which is a 230AH 6V battery.

Here is a Deka brochure and a comparison chart for 6V batteries.

A 230AH battery will give you about 2.2% longer run-time and lifespan than the standard 225AH battery.

There is a five way tie for the best cart battery and Deka is one of them.

Good buy at $90.00 each.

Oh....no.........wait..Johnn ieB's all wrong about that. Those batteries are just plain crap. Look, ...I'll tell you what I'll do just because your a "Forum buddy" here. I'll pay you the shipping cost to send those nasty batteries you have up here to Pittsburgh Pa.. Then you won't have to be embarrassed when you go to buy a good battery.

I'll PM you my address and you ship 'em here. As soon as they arrive, I'll send you a Bank MO drawn on the "First Greek Bank of Hey...of course we have the money"

Remember.....don't blab and embarrass yourself.

It's definitely not a bad rating!

I had a guy who wanted a massive capacity battery in his EZGO 36v a few months back, and was willing to pay to have it done. So I got 6 US Battery 250HC XC2, which are considered Scrubber/Sweeper multipurpose batteries that are 178 @ 75. They were slightly bigger than the stock size, stock size being;
Length: 10 1/4” (260mm)
Width: 7 1/8” (181mm)
Height: 11 1/4” (286mm
Weight 62 lbs

The 250HC XC2 is
Length: 11 5/8” (295mm)
Width: 7 1/8” (181mm)
Height: 11 5/8” (295mm)
Weight 77lbs

I had to modify the battery tray, but it worked out as his was rotten anyway and in dire need of replacement. The 250 however is 17 pounds heavier so you add about 100lbs total weight to the cart, but he was happier than a pig in slop with the outcome. It's only been about 6 months so I can't speak for lifespan on them in cart service conditions but I would imagine they will have the same lifespan as the smaller ones when properly treated

I have seen those in some Zone carts. Any experience with "long term" with them? They "look like" a big golf deep cycle. I very rarely see those, all i know is they are pricey to replace. The first time you see them, "WTH are these?".
