Try one of these..http://www.granitedigital.com/saveabattery.aspx They come back on when the power returns. Keeps your pack at a constant 53 volts, and no problems with gassing , only puts out 2 amps/ 48v. Shop around prices vary a lot. Have mine for three years now no problems ever.

Thanks for showing me this. Looks like a must have to keep the battery pack fully charged and in good shape.

That's not a lot of difference between them. I thought one might be a lot lower than the rest of them.

I keep a look out for a battery going bad but you never know. This my first cart and learning to do the right maintenance with these batteries will be a good thing when I move on to a better battery. LOL I know in the last three years I have gone through five gallons of distilled water.

I put my cart on the charger after going to the donut shop. Charged for about an hour then shut off. Seems to be working fine. Still would like to know if the PD charger will go into this long charge cycle from time to time. Well! I guess it's really the OBC telling the charger what to do.

When you unplug the charger cord to the cart watch to see if the battery light blinks
