Default This speed normal for my set up?

Hey Guys.... just had a few upgrades done

Club Car LSV, did 25MPH stock, based on a club car DS platform

Sits on 10” lift and 23” tires

Just added a 500amp alltrax and plum quick executioner motor upgrade

Now she’ll do 30 and get there quicker, just surprised only a 5mph gain over stock set up

This sound normal?

The LSV is hardly a "stock" setup. It has a bigger controller and a higher horsepower motor than a stock golf car would have. It's upgraded from the factory in a sense. You've just upgraded it further.

Yup. We only get 3.1hp motors and 250/300 amp controllers and are usually maxed out at ~20mph stock tires and ~22 or so with oversize tires.

You had a lot more out the box as yours was not designed for strictly golfing...

My DS is pretty old, but for comparison's sake, when it was stock, 36Volts, it topped out at 14MPH. With a bigger controller, 21"tires, and 48V conversion I can now get 22MPH.

Btw looking thru my notes, I bought this set up from you based off your recommendations.......and you guessed just over 30mph which it does so you were spot on! Thanks again for your help with this project!

Yeah. I would have thought it would have been just a bit faster than 30 though with the LSV gearing. But 30 is pretty quick for sure.
