2010 HuntVE Clubcar Conversion
I have a 2010 HUNTVE ClubCar 4x4 conversion, 48 Volt with twin Motors, twin Solenoids, Twin Navartis TXT500 Amp Controllers, Good Trojan Ranger 160 Batteries. The car just quit running, I replace the MCOR still nothing. Took the cart to out Local Cart DR. They kept it for 3 weeks, charged me $150 and said they have no clue.. I went through the Laptop diagnostics and discovered I am not getting the 4.65 Volts to the MCOR (White Wire) or am I getting the 48 Volts through the Yellow wire.. Any suggestions. Is the Controller Bad?
the Voltage comes through the 24 Pin connector to the MCOR. Thanks all info is appreciated. |

There should be an LED indicator on the controllers. Check for error codes
