Ok I ran the tests you prescribed and below are the results I also realized I left the cart on so this voltage is after around a 30 min charge..

You can run the following tests to verify what is working:

Test Setup:
Raise one of the rear wheels off the ground.
Put Tow/Run switch on Run
Turn Key switch ON
Put FNR on Forward.
Set meter to 200vDC.

Put meter negative probe on Controller B-.

Make sure You have +48v (pack voltage) on the following Controller pins:
Pin 10 - Tan wire - Key Switch Power. (51.1v)
Pin 8 - White wire - Forward Direction selected. (51.1v)
Pin 9 - Gray wire - Aux Power. (51.1v)
When you press the pedal and hear the MCOR micro-switch close, you should get +48v:
Pin 6 - Green wire - Pedal. (50.6v)

Set the meter to 20vDC

Check the voltage on the following pin with Pedal UP, right at the time the MCOR micro-switch closes and at Pedal DOWN:
Pin 2 - Yellow wire - throttle signal:
Before Pedal Press = .3v
Start of Pedal Press (right as micro switch clicks) = 1.2v
Full Press of Pedal = 4.6v

If everything works, the Controller should be activating the Solenoid, to verify:
Set meter to 200vDC.
Put meter positive probe on pack positive battery post (where charger receptacle red wire is connected).
Put meter negative probe on:
Pin 12 - Blue/White - Solenoid activation (51.1v)
You should get +48v (pack voltage) when the MCOR micro-switch clicks.

Once You post your results, we should be able to figure out what is causing the problem.
Also, I went ahead and tested the motor terminals for an internal short.

1st Attempt -
Continuity between White and Green (armature)
Continuity between Orange and Blue (field coils)
Continuity between White and Orange. (armature to field)
I initially thought I found a short in the motor. However, I realize that I still have the wires connected.

2nd Attempt - Wires Disconnected
No continuity other than F1 to F2 and A1 to A2

Also, ordered an aftermarket MCOR. Plugged it in and cart did nothing different.

It looks like all the inputs the Controller needs to operate have been satisfied.

I assume the Solenoid is clicking fine, if not, we need to check that before proceeding.

Wih the meter set for 200vDC, place the positive probe on Motor post A1 and the negative probe on Motor post A2.

The voltage should change from around 5v when the Solenoid closes to around 48v (near pack voltage) at full throttle.

Yes the solenoid is clicking fine...I broke the old one troubleshooting so I replaced with OEM.

I'll test the voltage at the motor this evening.

Side question, anyone live in North Fort Worth area on this forum?

SOLUTION: The guy's at my neighborhood cart shop let me borrow a refurb controller. Installed and bingo back in business.

Thanks for all the help.

My kids were begging for rides.

Question: Do they make a 350 controller for Cc? I understand there is a hidden speed code?

Curtis has a 350 controller I have one and love it. Just mounts and hooks up like what you have.

Is there a significant speed difference? Battery life reduction?

Also, there's a guy on Ebay. Refurbing curtis controllers for 125 bucks. Anyone have experience with this guy?

Just gives you more power. Takes off quicker and holds speed better.
