One of my best friends [rip] used to sell these over here. Worked quite well to STAY unstuck. The system, since it is all stainless to not corrode with salt, was NOT cheap.

Very similar to what most ambulances have. I was looking for one years ago to convert to a mobile blade-sharpening service. I hit a switch, wondering what it was for, and my ears were suddenly assailed by a series of chains whacking the rear tires! Obviously it was a powered system, unlike the video which appears to be driven by the tires. Scared the crap out of me! Lol
