Motor

Solenoid
Run/tow switch
Headlight switch
FNR switch
Front hubs
All wiring and cables

Use the axle drop trick to get the motor off. I had to pick mine up and drop it 8 times but if finally came off!

Good luck!

I haven't tested it. I'm gonna try it once I get the harness and controller in. I am prepared to replace all that stuff. Y'all got me worried about getting the motor off! I hope it's not too bad to get off.

Well! Good news/bad news. Good news is, got the motor off with very little issues. Bad news is it's in worse shape than I expected. Corrosion, rust, sand, you name it! I was hoping just to be able to clean it up a little, but.... So I have a new speed motor on the way. I'm still in decent shape for I paid for the cart. I stripped it down to the frame to expose any other damage, so far everything else looks decent. Can y'all believe that motor ran when I applied 12 volt to it before I pulled it?!

I do not believe that one went through a hurricane. That one was dredged out of the ocean!!

The cart itself don't look bad. I can't figure how that much sand got in there with no large openings for it to get into.

Drain the differential and see if it was full of water and sand from being submerged....

Planning to do that this afternoon. I didn't have much time last night. I'll post pics once I get to putting it all back together
