Does the solenoid click if you just barely press the pedal? Should be able to feel it clunk if you put your finger on it.

Might have a loose connection somewhere or a bad cable crimp. Double check all of the battery and motor connections.

On the monitor page, do the RPMs rise when you begin to go? Or do they stay at zero or state a negative value? Did you do like I mentioned on the previous page and turn off the "enable speed limit" to see if it made a difference?

On another note, I don't know if you purchased this setup from me or not. It's often hard to match up people's actual names with their BGW user names. Regardless even if you didn't buy it from me, please be aware that the phone lines are open M-F 9-5PM Eastern Time, for tech support. If for some reason you can't reach me, the Alltrax tech line is extremely helpful. You can talk to either Will or Ron at Alltrax and they'll either have your issue figured out or they'll have you running in no time.

I looked for the speed switch but I did not see what you was talking about, I will double check all the connections. Thanks

The speed switch is the 3-wire connector at the motor.

Is your controller flashing any "Red" blink codes when you turn the key On?

I have had the Precharge issue happen twice before and both times I found a sticking solenoid bridge. There were MJZ-400's......

Ok I rechecked the cart with the computer, and yes the RPM go up when it starts to go, I did see the "enable speed limit" in the software and unchecked it still the same. Checked all the voltage in each battery 8.45 was the lowest. But I did notices when I was running in "monitor mode" that the battery voltage was going up and down as low as 36.8 volts then back up to 50.3 volts with no throttle. All cables are tight and look good. FYI the cart worked fine before installing XCT controller so I don't think it would be batteries.

That controller will pull more amps and require more from your pack. You may want to hook your DVM to the pack and see if it duplicates what you are seeing. If so, then hook it to each battery, 38v is way to low....

And if you have a bad cable (internally failing) it will do that and usually heat up.

Thanks I will give that a try, I was more than a little surprised when I noticed what it was showing. Just hard to imagine pulling that much more voltage with a stock motor.
