Default 2008 Precedent Alltrax Install Question

I am hooking up Alltrax XCT 400 controller I got from Scotty B. His email says he.out of town so posting here. But the Green and White wires have been cut at both ends and were not used before. These were for the run/tow switch I guess. The previous owner must have bipassed it as the switch itself is gone too.

How do I hook it up without these 2 wires? Just disregard them and wire the rest up?

See pics when hooked up before i removed stock controller. And pic showing white and green wires cut.

Don't see pictures.
If it were me, I would get a new run/tow switch before hooking anything up.

Wires at the tow run switch should be Pink and Light Green if I remember right. You don't necessarily "need" a tow run switch, but if you want one, any weatherproof 20amp toggle switch will work. In the meantime if those wires are pink and light green, they can be taped together to allow the controller to work.

You definitely need a tow/run switch, it is necessary to be off when connecting and disconnecting batteries to prevent controller damage, working on the dash or towing the cart.

I installed my own run/tow switch.

CC precedent new XCT400 install and new 400amp solenoid. Stutters and wont move after install. Stuttering forward in reverse and stuttering reverse in forward. Low voltage and precharge errors from controller but everything was installed correctly and pack is 52v+.

My problem was the diode on the small posts of the solenoid. I removed it and the cart and controller work fine now. The large post solenoid is there still.

Just an FYI for future use if others have this issue.
