Correct, white to Blue. You can unplug the connector and jump white/blue together on the cart side, or cut the connector off of the OBC leave 4-5" of the white and blue wires so they can be joined together, and trim all the others off. If you have some pick tools you can even pull the other pins out of the connector if you want.
Right in the exact same spot you'll see two 10ga black wires going into the OBC. Cut those and join them together with a yellow crimp connector. That's your pack negative, if you follow that you'll see where it connects to the B- at the controller, so then there's no need to run any other wires. And once that's done you can entirely remove the OBC from the cart if you want. No need to do anything with the grey wire. Remove it from your pack negative and coil it up/tape the end. If you want to have the charger lockout function, then you'll use the grey wire for that, otherwise you can just tape it off and zip tie it out of the way. |
