When you say it activates, do you mean clicks or you verified voltage going through it?

You need to measure what the controller is putting out to the motor between the M- on the controller and the B-. The voltage should be about 48vdc (or pack voltage) when the pedal is pushed just enough to engage the solenoid and then decreasing to 0vdc when the pedal is pushed all the way to the floor. If that works, there is a motor or bad cable issue. If it does not work, there is a throttle input issue.

so i checked voltage at m- and b- it reads 49v and doesnt drop at all so it must be a throttle input problem which wires do i need to check for the throttle input

i checked the throttle input i have 0-5k at the small white and black wires at the controller. i was reading on a different thread and it says i should have the black curtis controller but the one i put on it is a silver controller and the silver controller uses 5k-0 throttle is it possible that i have the wrong controller
