So when U start out, 12 hours after a charge has completed,
what is the total pack Voltage reading ?

fresh charge,just hit it with volt meter 51.6. its will start off strong for about fifteen min then comes the pulse. you can stop and start again for about two min then pulse is back. nothing is hot or loose

I still wouldnt be surprised that if you check battery cells with a single float hydrometer you will find a weak one or more?

ok ill try. i did load test them after i started having problem. it just all seemed to start after i forgot to put ground through obc.

It could be OBC problem BUT I ALWAYS WANT TO BE SURE BEFORE PUTTING OUT $235. and find some thing else is causing problem?

and are U waiting 12 hours after charge completes to get voltage , reading.
And once it starts pulsing , what is the pack Voltage then ?

Does the motor have a speed sensor on it? We had 06 carts at the golf course where i work and had trouble with the speed sensor causing pulsations.

im not sure what a speed sensor is. i ordered a complete kit that replaced motor ,cables,silinoid,and that module box or that gizmo that looks like an amp. it was a speed tourqe kit from buggies unlimited

got a picture , a link or the instructions U can copy and past here and stay on top of the battery pack info ? I assume U removed the batteries to install the box of goodies ??

And give us your entire Model Number !
