Re: washed CC Precedent, now wont move
if you have power in the garage take a blow dryer to the controller.......might take an hour or so but it may do enough that the cart will drive again............................

Re: washed CC Precedent, now wont move
I am once again wearing my big toothy grin because my cart has been resurrected. I set the switch to tow, disconnected batteries and removed the cover from electronics. All seemed to be dry in that area (even had a covering of dust), so after looking everything over, hooked everything back up. I turned on the key, set switch to reverse and lo and behold, I was able to back out of the garage and do several circles of joy on the lawn! Not sure which one of the things you all suggested made it work, but I did them all, and one of them did the trick.
Thanks to you folks on this forum, my weekend will be joyful and relaxed with the grandkids, with no further thought regarding the cart. Thank you one and all. Again, I have to say, WHAT A GREAT FORUM!!! It was great feeling like a wasn't alone dealing with the issue. To me, that's a valuable thing. Thank you Steve |

Strictly sponge baths for the Club Car from now on. What a relief. Thanks to all who hung in there with me.
